Client Overview:

Jungle Reef is El Paso’s first interactive aquarium, creating a one-of-a-kind family experience. Guests can explore marine life up close, enjoy hands-on exhibits, and discover a new way to learn while having fun. This attraction brought something fresh to the city and quickly became a must-visit destination.

Challenge:

El Paso had never experienced an attraction of this kind. Often compared to a zoo, it was introduced inside a declining mall, creating a unique challenge in shifting public perception.

Our Process:

We partnered with influencers to spark buzz online and created an exclusive invite only event that made guests feel special and eager to share their experience. After building momentum, we brought in the business influencer community and secured full media involvement. A soft opening during the week built anticipation, while the grand opening weekend was curated with lines, activities, and live interactions to keep guests engaged from start to finish. The strategy turned a simple launch into the talk of the city, making people line up for hours just to be part of it. It was more than marketing, it became an experience every business owner dreams of creating.
